Of course! We prefer to quote the new water heater via email at office@columbiaplumber.net so you can send us pictures of the current setup. This allows us to see the space and look for any obstacles or restrictions you may have in the area. We ask to see the plate/sticker that houses the model and serial number as well as some pictures of the entire unit in its space including the tops and bottom of the unit. We also like to find out more about how to get the water heater in and out of your home. Any steps or carpeting? Etc.
